Jiro Drunk and Speaks the Truth on surgery

Jiro didn't have surgery, but taking shots is another matter. A few weeks ago the biggest topic was Jiro accidentaly saying that Arron had surgery done and then the rioting started over the two on why they looked alike...looks like the media isn't done.
Jiro joined his friends for a few drinks and who knew what he was going to say next would startled the whole crowd. He was drinking and all of a sudden the words came out, "I didn't have surgery but let me tell you taking shots here by the nose hurts like crazy." at first everyone thought it was a joke but then all of a sudden he repeated it over and over. Friends all knew Jiro believed it...the media believed it...do we?
Jiro said he used Hyaluronic acid:
which can 1) fill in soft tissues defects such as facial wrinkles
2)It is used for lip augmentation, reduction of folds and wrinkles, and removal of scars
3)some anti-aging capabilities when used in a cream
The thing is...would Jiro need all these?...
